1. All qualifying bookings must be made directly via the Onest Property Management website contact form or via direct email.

2. Spa vouchers are only available to the lead name on the booking and each booking must have the same name for all 6 visits.

​

3. To qualify, the lead guest must have stayed atleast 5 times previously and have the 6th stay booked - all 6 visits must be for a minimum of 7 nights.

4. Spa vouchers will be emailed or left in the property for the lead guest on the day of the final qualifying visit.

​

5. To visit the spa, guests will need to contact the spa directly to make arrangements.

​

6. Any cancellations or no shows do not count towards a qualifying stay.

​

7. The qualifying cycle restarts after the 6th stay therefore there is the possibility to secure vouchers in the future as well.

​

8. Qualifying cycles for vouchers and discounts have to take place within a 12 month period from the date of the first qualifying stay and cannot be carried forward into the following 12 months.

​

9. For extended stay guests, these terms do not apply as long stay guests will be assessed on a case by case basis at company discretion. 

​

10. Qualifying stays can be across all of our properties and do not need to be the same location each time.

 

11. Before applying any discounts or providing vouchers, all bookings will be checked to ensure eligibility has been met.

 

12. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for monetary value or used towards a discount on the price of bookings.
